No, you are not limited to the number of requests you may add; each will be fulfilled individually.
+ How quickly are requests fulfilled?
The majority of requests are usually fulfilled in five working days on average. It may take longer to process more complicated requests, which are usually divided into smaller ones. An approximate completion time would always be provided to you.
+ How does the process of onboarding look like?
Following your subscription, you will receive an email including links to both your Stripe client site, where you can manage your subscription, and your platform, where you can add requests. Additionally, we will welcome you to join your dedicated project manager's Slack channel, where they will be at your disposal to help.
+ How do we exchange messages?
We interact through our platform and Slack when there are sporadic, general details that need to be discussed. We do not hold regular meetings; instead, we only convene them when there are pressing matters to discuss and it would be more effective to discuss the specifics over the phone.
+ How does the subscription pause function? What is that?
31 days serve as the basis for billing cycles. For instance, if you sign up, use the service for ten days, and then decide to pause it, the billing cycle will be stopped and you will have twenty-one days of service left to use whenever you would like.
+ How safe is the data I have?
The SSL secured connection, which is also used by banks and online shops, is used for all communication. Complete billing data security is provided by Stripe, an authorized PCI service provider.
